A practical conference and workforce-readiness pack for societies, suppliers, sponsors, clinical teams and aligned organisations.

The pack includes:

• 100 reusable VeinTrain practice veins in standard VeinTrain/HALO presentation
• 10 HALO e-learning, Online Skills Lab and certificate places
• 1 live Train the Trainer place
• practical onboarding support to help your organisation use the pack and plan the next step
• an approved route into the wider HALO learning and competency architecture
• a governed 10% social-value allocation, releasing 10 training veins into an approved UK education or VeinTrain diaspora pathway
• an optional society, sponsor or campaign sleeve and QR route, where separately agreed

This pack is designed for conferences, demonstrations, supplier education, cannula or device-transition conversations, society activity and practical workforce readiness. It is a controlled activation pack, not simply a box of training products.

Social value

For this qualifying 100-unit order, 10 training veins are allocated through an approved VeinTrain social-value pathway. The allocation may support a named UK society or NHS education route, or the VeinTrain diaspora education pathway, with Somaliland (Horn of Africa) as the 2026 priority. VeinTrain confirms the destination and delivery route before making any beneficiary or partner statement.

Governance

Marketing visibility may be purchased. Collaboration Vein partnership is by agreement. Innovation Vein inclusion is by review.

Purchasing this pack does not grant Collaboration Vein status, HALO Centre status, clinical endorsement, accreditation or permission to use any VeinTrain, society, sponsor or beneficiary name or logo. All sleeve artwork, co-branding, public recognition and QR destinations require VeinTrain approval before production or activation.

The pack supports a structured route to competence. Final clinical competency sign-off remains with the learner's employer, supervisor or clinical organisation.

After checkout, VeinTrain will contact you to confirm the intended use, learner details, Train the Trainer arrangements, artwork or QR requirements, social-value route and delivery timetable. Bespoke branding, urgent event delivery, international shipping, customs and duties may require a separate quote.
