Learner details
Course access is provided through the VeinTrain Online Academy on Thinkific. We set up each learner's account using the name and email address you give us, and we send sign-in details once your order is processed. If you are buying more than one place, please give us one learner name and email address per place, in the order notes box at checkout. For four or more places, please email the learner list to admin@veintrain.co.uk.
Sending to a hospital, clinic or large organisation?
If your kit is going to a building with a reception, post room or several departments, please tell us exactly where it should go. Include one of: FAO named person, department, reception, post room, training room, ward or service name, or site or building name. Without this, your kit may be delayed, misdirected or returned. If in doubt, use a home delivery address.
After your purchase
Access is delivered through the VeinTrain Online Academy on Thinkific. After your order is processed, we send your access and clear instructions for sharing places with your learners. If you have not received these within two working days, please email admin@veintrain.co.uk.
About your VeinTrain certificate
A VeinTrain certificate records course completion. It does not replace local employer competency sign-off, supervision, scope of practice or employer assurance.
